A restoration show focusing on the rejuvination of the Barracks, the area, and the small businesses in town

The Barracks become Base Camp - What were once Chanute Air Force Base's actual Barracks are being converted into a boutique hotel called Base Camp by Laura and Sarah Cayce. As the biggest build on campus, Season One will cover the establishment of the build, ands starting the build of Building One.
Local Small Business Heroes - Every episode will focus on a facelift for a local small business. From restaurants that need help redesigning their entire interors, to small clinic builds, and single-offices, our team will update each space with the help of local sponsors.
The Communications Building Gets Communal - If you wanted to make a call while on base, you headed to the tiny glass cube across from the Barracks. Rob and Sarah Stern are turning this space into a community hub with a small cafe, community gardens and event space. We'll follow their story throughout season one, as this build will be the fastest.

Prime for Improvement - Sitting on the campus of Flyover Film Studios, not only do we have an entire film crew right here on site, from filming to delivery, but we also have buildings that were so beautifully built that they don't need as much work as less thoughtfully designed spaces.
Illinois Film Incentive - The current incentive offers up to 45% - specifcally in the area where we're filming. It's a great way to invest back in the community while the state invests in film.
Small Town Heroes - Rantoul has always been a hub of trade, then the military, and now a new hub for Illinois' film industry. This town is perfect to feature renovations of small businesses of all sorts, and will have shorter timelines than the Base Camp build for payoff every episode.
